Had a great experience working with Dugal doing my first lessons on the road riding a motorcycle. He gave me the needed space to learn how to control and get comfortable with riding. After the first lesson, I wasn’t feeling comfortable and ready to take the restricted test, which he postponed to help me have one more lesson which helped me feel far more comfortable and was able to do my restricted test after only the second lesson. He shelters you very well from the traffic behind and helps you feel comfortable. He gives very clear instruction and has passion for his job. Was a pleasure doing lessons and license test with him. He even has a bike you can hire so you don’t have to buy one. I highly recommend using DM rider. Bike is in great condition so you feel safe on it.

I highly recommend Dugal from DM rider training! He was super friendly and patient when teaching and guiding me through the BHS course, i learnt alot in the 1 hour training session. Both my husband and I will definitely be booking with Dugal for our restricted licenses. 😊

I highly recommend doing an hour lesson with Dugal Matheson from DM Riders before your restricted bike test! I took a lesson with him right before my test, and it was an amazing experience. Dugal is not only kind and patient, but he’s also really good at explaining everything in a way that makes you feel prepared and confident. It’s clear that he genuinely wants you to pass. Unlike places like Bay Ride, where it sometimes feels like they’re just going through the motions because they’ve been paid, with Dugal at DM Riders, it feels like you're joining a supportive community where he truly wants to help you succeed. I also recommend doing any of their Ride Forever courses, as well as booking lessons for handling tests, restricted, and full tests. Dugal is an amazing teacher, and his guidance will make all the difference in passing your test. If you're serious about getting your license, booking a lesson with Dugal is definitely worth it!
